Does your banking app feel secure? If it does, the chances are that it's got Callsign's technology baked into it.
It's invisible, it's unintrusive, and it works. Which is a good thing, because fraudsters and scammers are very, very, very good at what they do. It’s their day job, after all.
But how do you get an industry that's still mired in decades-old insecure authentication technology to sit up and take note? My role at Callsign was to do just that.
The first order of the day was a ground-up reworking of their website, and evolving a tone of voice that would go hand in hand with that.
But to really get people interested, I led on two huge online events, writing scripts for keynote speakers such as Brian Cox and Steve Wozniak.
Shoring that up was a series of received thought leadership articles, white papers and a huge range of marketing materials to help the Sales Team close those essential deals.
And it was very successful. Callsign now lead the market in this space, with strong links to major players such as UK Finance and Gartner, and a product that’s being adopted by tier one banks and merchants right across the planet.
